Jobs & Internships

NARAL Pro-Choice Maryland (NPCM), the state's largest grassroots pro-choice organization, has been working to protect choice for 30 years. Among our many goals, we strive to ensure that all individuals have access to the full range of reproductive health services they deserve, including comprehensive sex education, birth control, reproductive technology, prenatal care, and safe, legal abortion.

NARAL Pro-Choice Maryland is the only statewide 501(c)4 organization dedicated to protecting, defending, and expanding reproductive freedom for all Marylanders. We accomplish our objectives through educating the public on relevant issues and policies, lobbying our lawmakers, organizing our members to take action, and engaging in the political process. We work with allied groups and medical providers who understand that without meaningful access to healthcare, having these rights means nothing.

Our sister 501(c)3 organization, the NARAL Pro-Choice Maryland Fund is also dedicated to protecting, defending, and expanding reproductive freedom. We accomplish this through education, outreach, research, and systems advocacy. Our primary focus is on our Access Maryland Campaigns, which work to expand the availability of sexual and reproductive healthcare for all Marylanders. The main goals are simple: raise awareness of the scope, availability, and affordability of sexual and reproductive healthcare offered throughout the state while eliminating barriers in accessing care.

Below are job and internship opportunities for which we are currently accepting applications.

Additionally, please note that we offer internships three times a year, in the fall and spring semesters and over the summer. If you are interested in internship opportunities with us for future semesters, feel free to contact us.

Depending on the skills and interested of internship candidates, we sometimes combine internship duties and responsibilities, i.e. Development and Communications Intern. If this is of interest, please include this information in your cover letter for your preferred position. You do not have to apply separately for both internships.
